The first floor I use to teach piano,
The second floor I will use to teach drawing,
And the third floor I will use to open a little cafe at the front,
And at behind I will use to put many book and design it to be a library,
The customer can drink coffee and take a book to enjoy their coffee.
And I will drink coffee and write novel in my little coffee cafe and sit with my customer...
